Build · $6,000/mo
An outbound engine in your stack, live in three weeks
Clay enrichment, warmed domains, signal-triggered sequences, CRM sync, engineered inside your own accounts and documented for handoff. You own every piece.
The short answer
Growth Engineering is Groflo's build offer: a signal-based outbound engine constructed inside your own stack (Clay, your sequencer, your CRM, your domains), live in about three weeks for $6,000/mo on quarterly terms. Everything is documented and handed off, so you own working GTM infrastructure, not an agency dependency.

What we run
Build it, run it, optimize it. All of it inside your accounts, on your domains, with your data.
What you keep
Take the meetings. Close the deals. If we ever part ways, the whole machine stays with you.
The Signal Loop
Three campaign types, one system
Volume builds awareness, micro-campaigns convert warm pockets, and signal-based plays catch accounts the moment they're in-market.
01
Volume campaigns
Scale awareness across your TAM: enriched, segmented, and deliverability-safe. Top of the funnel, run as a system.
02
Micro-campaigns
Focused, high-touch plays: event follow-ups, ABM lists, re-engagement. Small lists, heavy context.
03
Signal-based campaigns
Triggered the moment an account shows intent: a job change, a site visit, a stack change. The right message, at the moment it's warranted.

How fast does outbound go live?
First sequences are typically live within ~3 weeks. The first weeks provision and warm domains/inboxes and build the Clay enrichment chains; sending starts once infrastructure is healthy.
Who owns the infrastructure?
You do, from day one. Everything is built inside your own accounts: the Clay workspace, the domains, the sequences, the CRM records. Tooling is billed to your cards for exactly this reason. If the engagement ends, the machine stays.
What does the handoff look like?
Every workflow is documented as an SOP and your team is trained to run it. Many clients keep us on to operate the engine; the point is that it's a choice, not a dependency.
Do you guarantee deliverability?
No one honest guarantees inbox placement, but deliverability is engineered in from day one: warmed domains, volume ramps, list hygiene, and ongoing monitoring, so you protect sender reputation while you scale.
Who is this for?
Series A-C B2B tech companies with product-market fit, an ACV over ~$5K, and a TAM above ~20K accounts. We don't take projects we don't believe we'll drive results for.
What do you need from us?
Fast follow-up on the meetings the engine books, collaboration on the offer we take to cold traffic, access to your CRM and stack, and budget for tooling (~$600-850/mo, billed separately in your accounts).
